- The Refer a Friend Program is available to all existing Clients who have successfully completed the onboarding process, including the appropriateness test, target market assessment and the KYC (identity and proof of residence) verification. Clients can access their unique referral link within their personal Client Area, which must be used to refer new Clients under this Program.
- To qualify for the referral fee, the referred Client (Referral), within ninety (90) days of referral, is required to:
- Successfully complete the onboarding process, including the appropriateness test, target market assessment, the KYC (identity and proof of residence) verification, and
- Maintain an active trading account with the Company. “Active Trading Account” means a live trading account that account (i) remains open and in good standing (i.e., not closed, suspended, restricted or blocked); and (ii) the Client has executed at least ten (10) Client-initiated transactions on the account within thirty (30) calendar days during the ninety (90) day period following the referral date.
- For avoidance of doubt, the Company does not require any trade size, or trading volume for a transaction to count, provided it is a genuine client-initiated transaction and all trading decisions remain entirely at the client’s discretion and must be appropriate to the client’s circumstances.
- Account opening for Referral remains subject to the Company’s onboarding process, including KYC verification, the appropriateness test, and assessment against the Company’s target market criteria.
- The referring Client (Referrer) will receive a $50 referral fee for each successful Referral, provided that all referral requirements outlined in Clauses 1 and 2 above are met, and the Referral Program is not presented or used in a way that encourages excessive or unsuitable trading. The referral fee is freely withdrawable and may be used at the Referrer’s discretion.
- Each Referrer may earn a referral fee for up to five (5) Referrals per calendar month. No referral fee will be paid for any additional referrals that exceed this limit in the same month.
- We reserve the right to monitor and review all referral activity to ensure compliance with these terms prior to any disposal of referral fees. In cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or
non-compliance, we may refuse, withhold, or revoke any referral fee without prior notice. - Only existing clients of the Company who have accepted the Terms and Conditions shall be entitled to benefit from the Refer a Friend Program.
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend Program at any time at our sole discretion.
